What to do when you forget your OOLER app password

On the log in screen under where you enter your email address and password, there will be an option that says "Forgot Password?" to tap. After choosing this option, you will be brought to a screen where you will need to enter the email address associated with your account. After entering your email the system will then send a verification code to your inbox, which you can enter on the next screen, as well as enter and confirm your new password.

 

The system can take up to an hour to send the verification code so please do not spam the Forgot Password option. Make sure to check all spam, junk and promotional email inboxes in case the code was redirected. If after an hour you have not received a verification code it is possible that you did not verify your account. If that is the case you will want to reach out to support for additional assistance.
