Dock Pro and Distilled Water

This is normal. This system seems to have a period towards the beginning of its life cycle where it seemingly goes through a ton of water, needing to be refilled weekly or even a couple times a week. This seems to be due to air bubbles in the pad working their way out of the system.

If more than a month old, we are seeing a correlation between higher temperatures; 80°F or more, and high evaporation rates.

We do suggest taking off the pad if the system is more than 1 month into being used & lesser than 80°F. Please reach out to our Support Team if this is happening.
