Connect Dock Pro Sleep System
Most connectivity issues you might see are normal behavior; the Dock Pro’s Wi-Fi features hinge on the reliability of:
- Your internet service provider (ISP)
- Your in-home router and/or access point.
If for some reason the Dock Pro doesn't reconnect to Wi-Fi, it will continue to run the last program it saved until it can reconnect.
Without Wi-Fi, the Dock Pro will be unable to be controlled remotely via the sleepme app.
