To start you will want to confirm the unit:
- Isn't in Airplane mode. If it is you'll see an airplane icon on the display.

Is in Bluetooth pairing mode. If it is in pairing mode the Bluetooth Icon will be flashing.
- If the Bluetooth Icon isn't flashing you'll need to factory reset your unit.
- If you are having issues pairing your Dock Pro with your sleepme app, you'll need to check your Bluetooth settings on your mobile device.
