Most connectivity issues hinge on the reliability of:
- Your internet service provider (ISP)
- Your in-home router and/or access point.
If for some reason the tracker doesn't reconnect to Wi-Fi, it will revert back to pairing mode so a new connection can be established.
The sleepme tracker requires an active internet connection to collect and process data. All data analysis is completed online, so no new reports can be created until connectivity is restored.
