Warm Awake is a feature that will heat the bed starting 15 minutes before your Wake Time. It will run for 20 minutes and then shut-off.
Your body’s internal clock needs to warm up a few degrees to signal the brain that a new day is about to begin, and sleep should end. Warm Awake will increase your core body temperature to simulate a more natural wake up without using alarms. This means gentler mornings as the body and mind are able to ease into the day.
