At Sleepme, we strive to make the best products possible for you, but we realize that we get it wrong sometimes and when that happens we will do our best to make it right.

If your purchase is within 30 days of delivery & from our online store, you are eligible for a return. We can not process returns for products purchased from third-party retailers, so you will need to contact them directly to find out their return policy.

For outside the continental US and international customers please be aware that you will be responsible for shipping cost associated with your parcel.
