What should I do when my OOLER displays an error code?

If your OOLER shows an error code, please follow the steps below in the following order:

  1. Turn off the OOLER and then unplug the OOLER for 1 minute. 
  2. Plug the OOLER back in and then press the Power Button to turn it on.
  3. If the error code persists, then try a Factory Reset by holding down the Power Button for 15 seconds until the OOLER turns off. Upon a successful Factory Reset, the OOLER will turn off, and once you turn it back on; it will be reset to 68 degrees F.

If this issue persists, take note of the error code as the OOLER may need to be serviced or replaced. Find the serial number on your OOLER (located on the barcode sticker on the bottom of your OOLER). Please make sure to enter this on the form when reaching out to Customer Experience.
