If your Dock Pro is not keeping to your Sleep Program there are a couple of things to check.
Is your sleepme app on the correct time zone?
First, you'll want to confirm that you have the correct time zone set on your app. This can be done tapping on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the main dashboard. This will bring you to a list where you will fine your time zone option.
Is their unit claimed in the Sleepme app?
An unclaimed unit will not follow a sleep program. To claim a device, access your sleepme app, tap on the bed icon in the lower right and then claim the device you want to run your sleep programs. If you don't see a device listed you will need to go through the pairing process.
Note: If you see the unit is claimed but it still isn't following your sleep programs, it can help to remove the claim on the device, wait a few second and then reclaim it. This will force the app to refresh its connection to the device.
