Factory Reset Your 2.0 Dock

Introduction

This guide offers instructions on how to perform a factory reset on your Dock to restore it to its original out-of-box state.

Enter the Menu

• Press both the + button and - button simultaneously to access the menu.

Navigate to Factory Reset

• Use the + button to scroll up and navigate to the Factory Reset option.
• When Factory Reset is highlighted, press the Power button to select it.

Reset to Factory Settings

• Use the - button to scroll down to the Reset to Factory Settings option.

Reset to Factory Settings

• When Reset to Factory Settings is highlighted, press the Power button to select it.

Confirm the Reset

• Press the Power button again to Confirm Reset.

Wait for Reset to Complete

• The dock will begin the factory reset process, which takes about 10 seconds and reboot.

Factory Reset Complete

• Your Dock has now been successfully reset to factory settings and ready to begin setup.
