Chili Cool Mesh™ Pad is Damp

Condensation is likely the cause of moisture accumulation on your pad. This phenomenon occurs when a surface is cooler than the surrounding air, particularly in conditions of elevated humidity. Moisture will form around the tubes when the air temperature reaches the dew point. A temperature differential exceeding 10°F between the ambient air and the settings of the control unit can often lead to the formation of condensation.

To mitigate this issue, we recommend increasing the temperature setting of your control unit by a few degrees and ensuring that your environment is climate-controlled. Please note that condensation may still occur even with air conditioning in place if the humidity levels are excessively high.

To determine if condensation is indeed the cause of the moisture, please set your unit to the "High" setting and allow it to operate for one hour. If the pad remains wet after this period, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.
