About Airplane Mode

The Dock Pro is designed to work both without, and with, an internet connection.

When connected to the internet, your Dock Pro can be controlled remotely through our app, as well as recieve AI temperature adjustments if paired with our Sleep Tracker.

Not interested in the internet related features of the Dock Pro?  Concerned about EMFs (electromagnetic fields)? Dock Pro has an AIRPLANE MODE, which disables all wireless features.

To enter airplane mode, simply hold down the power button on the Dock Pro for 5 seconds.  You'll see an airplane icon show on the screen, and the wifi / bluetooth icons will dissapear.

Airplane Mode with Sleep Programs
If you want to use sleep programs with your Dock Pro while having it in airplane mode, you can simply place your unit in airplane mode AFTER it has connected to wifi.  The Dock Pro, on first connection to the Sleepme Cloud, will download it's sleep programs and keep them in memory.  Then, in airplane mode, the Dock Pro will continue to run those downloaded sleep programs until it's power is reset - or it's reconnected to the cloud and gets updated programs.
