Chilipad Cube Error Codes
If your Chilipad Cube Bed Cooling System displays one of the following error codes (F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6), we recommend the following instructions.
F1 Error Code:
- Turn off the Chilipad Cube.
- Unplug the Chilipad Cube and then wait a minute before plugging back into the Chilipad Cube. ( Note: This can be done from the base of the Chilipad Cube or from the outlet.)
- Make sure that the Chilipad Cube has at least 18" of space on all sides to allow for proper ventilation.
- Feel for air blowing out of the Chilipad Cube to be sure the fan is working.
- If this does not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset on the Chilipad Cube by turning it off again. Next, hold down the power button on until the display flashes "888". ( Note: You will need to re-sync your remote to your Chilipad Cube if this is done. Please consult your user's manual for the steps on how to complete this process.
- If the issue persists, your Chilipad Cube may need to be replaced. Find the serial number on your Chilipad Cube (located on the barcode sticker on the bottom of your Chilipad Cube). Please make sure to enter this on the form when reaching out to Customer Experience.
F2 Error Code:
- Make sure that the unit has at least 18" of space on all sides to allow for proper ventilation.
- Unplug the unit from its power source for a few minutes to allow the unit to totally cool down.
- Plug the unit back in and try running it. If the issue persists, you will need to complete an internal reset on the unit.
- Unplug the unit again and confirm that the cap of the reservoir is securely screwed in.
- Turn the unit so that you can see the bottom, and locate the hole below the sticker that begins with “For household use only”
- Using a thin long tool, such as a screwdriver, pen, or pencil, press the button found recessed behind this hole for 5 seconds. ( Note: This is a flat button and will not produce a clicking sound, but if you go straight into the hole you will land directly on it. )
- After completing these steps, you should be able to set your system back up and run it without issue. If the issue persists, your Chilipad Cube may need to be replaced. Find the serial number on your Chilipad Cube (located on the barcode sticker on the bottom of your Chilipad Cube). Please make sure to enter this on the form when reaching out to Customer Support.
F3, F4, or F5 Error Code:
