"This app is not authorized to use Bluetooth Low Energy" message in the OOLER app

If you see this message on your OOLER app follow the steps below:

 

  1. For IOS devices go to Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth > Under Bluetooth, you will see apps that may require access to Bluetooth. Find the OOLER app and make sure the toggle is green to allow Bluetooth access.
  2. For Android devices, open the Settings app > Apps & Notifications >Tap the OOLER app >  Permissions > then choose Allow
