Connecting to a Previously Paired Device

If you are attempting to connect to an OOLER using a phone or tablet that has previously paired with the device, follow these steps:

  • Power On the OOLER: Press and hold the power button on the OOLER until the Bluetooth logo starts flashing (approximately 5 seconds).
  • Refresh the App: Open the OOLER app and tap the refresh icon, ensuring it is spinning. This action prompts the app to search for the OOLER.

 

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

If you are still experiencing connection issues or if your phone/tablet is not connecting, please follow the steps below:

  • Check Bluetooth Range: Ensure that your iOS or Android device is within Bluetooth range of the OOLER Control Unit.
  • Toggle Bluetooth: Turn off the Bluetooth setting on your phone or tablet for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
