Sleep Trial Guarantee Policy

We’re confident that you will love your Product(s). If you are unsatisfied for any reason, however, you have 30 days from the date the Product was delivered to you to return the Product to us in exchange for a full refund of your purchase price. We refer to this guarantee as our “Sleep Trial Guarantee.” Learn more details about the guarantee.

• The trial period begins the day you receive your product.
• If within the first 30 nights, you are not comfortable with your product please contact us. Our Customer support team will assist you and seek to address any questions or concerns you may have.
• If we cannot resolve the situation to your satisfaction, we will take the product back and reimburse your purchase price. 

What is your Holiday Season Return Window?
Bed Cooling system purchases made November 10th through December 25th of any given year have an extended Sleep Trial Guarantee through January 25th of the following year.
