How do I update or change my Sleepme+ payment information?

Update sleepme+ Payment Information

To change or update the credit card associated with a Sleepme+ membership, first log in to the sleep.me site with the Sleepme account used to purchase the membership and select ‘Payments Method’ from the Account menu.

 

Next click ‘Edit’ on the subscription you wish to update to initiate the update process. Please take note of the email address on the popup window before moving forward.

 

You should receive an email shortly following the previous step

 

Click on the ‘Confirm payment information’ to log into ShopPay

Once logged in you can use the ShopPay service to manage and update your credit card information.
