Easy Returns for Your Sleepme Products

We want you to love your Sleepme products! If you're experiencing any issues, our self-service portal makes returns simple and convenient. Please have your Order number ready to complete the process online.

Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a return authorization number and process your refund within 30 days. Please review our limited product warranty information.

We cannot process returns for products purchased from third-party retailers, so you will need to contact them directly to find out their return policy.

If you're a customer from outside of the contiguous USA please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order.

What is your Holiday Season Return Window?
Bed Cooling system purchases made November 10th through December 25th of any given year have an extended Sleep Trial Guarantee through January 25th of the following year.
