How to Reset the Wi-Fi Connection on Your 2.0 Dock

Whether you’re troubleshooting connectivity, moving to a new router, or simply refreshing your network settings, resetting the Wi-Fi connection on your device is a quick way to ensure a stable and secure link. The following guide walks you step-by-step through the process—from opening the menu to initiating an automatic reboot—so you can seamlessly connect to a new or existing wireless network in just a few taps of the onboard buttons. Before you begin, make sure you know the name (SSID) and password of the Wi-Fi network you intend to join. Once you’re ready, follow the instructions below to reset and reconnect your device to Wi-Fi.
Enter the Menu
- Press both the “+” and “–” buttons simultaneously.
Navigate to “Wi-Fi Network”
- Press the “–” button to scroll down to Wi-Fi Network.
- When Wi-Fi Network is highlighted, press the Power button to confirm.
Select “Change Wi-Fi Network”
- Press the “–” button to scroll down to Change Wi-Fi Network.
- When Change Wi-Fi Network is highlighted, press the Power button to confirm.
Automatic Reboot
- The Dock will display “Rebooting in 10” and then restart automatically.
Reconnect via the Sleepme App
- After the reboot, launch your Sleepme App to add your Dock to the Wi-Fi network of your choice.
- Remember: Your Dock can only connect to a 2.4 GHz network.
