Dock Pro Sleep System Not Pumping Water into Pad
There are several possible reasons that this might occur. There might be air bubbles causing a blockage in the line, there could be some kind of debris in the line that might be causing an obstruction, or there could be a misconnection between the hose connectors and the unit or pad. These reasons can all be corrected with the following steps.
- First, disconnect the hose from the unit and then reconnect it, repeat this process several times.
- Next, disconnect the hose from the pad and run through the same process of disconnecting and reconnecting it to the pad.
- Then, remove the reservoir from the unit and reseat it, making sure you line the stem of the reservoir up with the valve at the bottom of the reservoir socket. You'll also want to confirm that you press the reservoir down all the way.
- Finally, remove the power cord either from the back of the unit or from the power outlet, whichever is more accessible, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
If after completing these steps you find that the issue persists please try completing steps 1 and 2 again but this time using the drain tool. We would suggest bringing the unit over to a sink or tub and either taking the pad off of your bed before priming the connector, or staging some kind of container to catch the water that will come out while completing this process.
If the issue still persists there might be an obstruction that can't be removed or the system might be malfunctioning. If that's the case you'll want to contact our Technical Support team.
