Recent Activity

Recent Activity is a log of power and temperature events that take place on your Dock Pro. Recent Activity will highlight the last 2 weeks. If you have a new device, or repairing your Dock Pro you may not have up to 2 weeks of activity.

Viewing Recent Activity

To view recent activity from the Dashboard

• Update your sleepme app to the latest version
• Once sleepme is open, tap the sleepme icon on the bottom left corner
• Tap on the … near the upper right corner inside the control widget
• Tap Recent Activity

To view recent activity from the My Device Page

• Update your sleepme app to the latest version
• Once sleepme is open, tap the bed icon in the lower right corner
• Tap on the Dock Pro whose activity you are trying to view
• Tap Recent Activity

 

What can I see in Recent Activity?

Recent activity will show the following, as well as temperature and time that this event happens:

• Power on and off events
• In-app and on device button presses
• Program events
• Hiber-AI Events
  • Real-time adjustments
  • Back to sleep
  • Snooze
  • Early to bed
  • Wake up early
  • Late to bed
