Can I use a grounding pad or grounding sheet with your products?

To obtain the benefits of your grounding mat, it would be best for your body to be in direct contact with the grounding mat (or as close as possible). If you were to use our Systems on top of the grounding mat, you would lose the benefit of the grounding. If you use our System beneath the grounding mat, you will decrease the heating/cooling benefit of our Systems.

Are your products grounded?

Yes, our control units are grounded with a standard IEC plug that has a ground wire going into your wall outlet ground. The water and electrical components in our systems are independent and never touch.
