Overview

The Chilipad features a high-quality 120/240V switching power supply. Safety first: unplug the unit before proceeding. Replacing the supply is simple, but take care not to damage the control board connectors while adjusting the cage to reach the screws. For added protection, consider disconnecting all control board components before removing the supply.

The white power-in connector at the rear can be challenging to detach. A good pair of needle-nose pliers is essential for reaching and releasing the connector's lock.
