Dock Pro Not Pumping Water into Pad
If your Dock Pro Sleep System is not pumping water into the pad, follow these troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the issue.

Common Causes:
- Misconnections between the hose connectors and the unit or pad.
- Air bubbles causing a blockage in the line.
- Debris in the line that may cause an obstruction.
Checkpoints:
Reconnect the Hose to the Unit:
- Disconnect the hose from the unit.
- Reconnect it.
Reconnect the Hose to the Pad:
- Disconnect the hose from the pad.
- Flip the connection around 180 degrees.
- Reconnect it.
Reseat the Reservoir:
- Remove the reservoir from the unit.
- Reseat the reservoir, ensuring that the stem aligns properly with the valve at the bottom of the reservoir socket.
- Press the reservoir down all the way to ensure a tight fit.

Reset the Power:
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the unit or the power outlet (whichever is more accessible).
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back in.
Drain and Refill the Dock Pro
Refilling the Dock Pro
- Open the reservoir and add one packet of System Cleaner.
- Fill the reservoir with distilled water.
- Using a clean damp cloth, wipe down the control unit to keep it clean and functioning properly.
- Power up the Dock Pro and check for leaks.
- Refill the reservoir as necessary until the system is completely filled.
- Reattach the cap to seal the reservoir.
