Tired of being tired?
Knowledge is key to understanding and optimizing your sleep. Business leader Peter Drucker once said, “If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it” and that applies to your sleep as well. Did you know that sleep is the foundation of your overall health? You’re reading this, so you probably already knew that. We’re excited for you to begin tracking your sleep. Here at Sleepme, we’re dedicated to help you achieve your goals, your dreams, and live a better life. And that starts with a great night’s sleep. Nighttime is the best opportunity to get an accurate read on your overall health as your body is in a more consistent state. A sleep tracker is able to help track your health vitals while you are asleep. The Sleepme utilizes multiple sensors to monitor, track and report on a variety of health and sleep-related metrics like heart rate, respiratory rate, in-bed temperature, and room humidity. Based on these inputs, the Sleepme analytics platform will automatically generate detailed sleep reports, make recommendations, and over-time suggest habits for you to improve your sleep routine - turning better nights into better days. All of this is available in the Sleepme app and on the sleep.me website.

Questions, Tips & Tricks
Tips & Tricks
- For best results and comfort, the sensor should be placed directly on top of the mattress and below any mattress topper and/or mattress pad.
- Sensor is designed to work on soft surfaces, like a mattress, and will not function properly if placed on a hard surface, such as the floor.
- Sensor should be positioned at least 1ft (30cm) away from other sleepers.
- Pets sleeping nearby on the bed may affect sensor accuracy
- Sensor appears as ‘Unavailable/Offline’ in the Sleepme app:
- Confirm your mobile device is connected to the internet.

Questions
In case of Wi-Fi issues during the night, will my Sleepme sensor still work?
Sleepme can store several days of sleep data during a temporary WiFi outage. All data analysis is completed online, so no new reports will be generated until connectivity is restored.
Can my sleep partner use the device while I am traveling and then switch back when I return?
This is not recommended since all data from your tracker is directly associated with you. Any data from other sleepers will skew your baselines, trends, etc. and generally pollute your reports.

Maintenance
- For best performance, ambient sensor vents should be kept open, clear of debris, and should be checked periodically.
- Clean sensor and wash sensor cover as needed.
- Remove fabric cover from sensor before washing. Wash the cover in cold water on gentle/delicate cycle. Tumble dry low.

- Sensor pad can be wiped down with a damp cloth and should be dry before replacing the fabric cover.

Storage
The sensor should be stored flat, in a clean dry location between -13°F and 122°F (-25°C and 50°C), out of direct sunlight. Rolling, folding, and creasing the sensor pad can damage the internal sensors and reduce the overall effectiveness of the device.
Unplug your sensor if you do not plan to use it for an extended period of time.
Factory Reset
The Sleep Tracker can be reset to factory settings in two ways.
1| While connected via the Sleepme app, the owner of the device can initiate a ‘Factory Reset’ request from the Insight Hub settings screen ‘Accounts > Devices > Sensor’
2| While powered on, use a paper clip to press and hold the ‘Reset’ button on the back of the Hub for 5 seconds
Upon a successful reset, the sensor will restart and the indicator LED will flash blue to confirm data has been wiped and is ready for a new setup.
